Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead Facets configuration design activities based on approved business requirements.
• Participate in configuration requirement gatherings, high level and detail design sessions.
• Collaborate with operations, product, network and technology teams to define and develop deliverables that are scalable and reusable across the organization.
• Provide configurations designs to leadership and enterprise teams.
• Participate and lead test case development and execution activities.
• Provide daily updates to leadership on configuration activities.
• Ensure that all configuration documentation is prepared, reviewed, and approved by business stakeholders.
• Provide solution design, project deliverables and artifacts that can be recreated.
• Provide support and participation in development of business requirements to ensure business needs are captured and delivered.
• Identify process improvement, re-engineering opportunities and define, develop, and document process flows.
• Design and implement appropriate technology solutions to leverage future trends.

Requirements/Qualifications: The position of Business Intelligence Analyst requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or its equivalent.
